This guide explains what each includes and how billing actually works. The plans Free · $0, forever. Up to 3 active jobs and one team member, with production tracking included. This is not a demo: it is the full tracking experience at small scale, and a one person shop can genuinely run on it. FabTrk Pro · $49/month. Unlimited jobs, seats for a full crew (up to 15 team members), and everything FabTrk does: the Designer, document generation, 3D sharing and embeds, QC records, inventory, and time tracking. Pro starts with a 14 day trial so the decision is made after the shop has actually used it. Enterprise · custom. For multi shop operations and teams beyond Pro's seat count. Seats A seat is a login: every foreman, welder, and office member with an account occupies one. Settings shows live seat usage against your plan's limit, so there is no surprise when inviting someone new. Read only roles occupy a seat like any other; what varies by role is permission, not price. How billing works Subscriptions are managed from Settings → Billing on the FabTrk web dashboard, and payment is processed by Stripe : card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on FabTrk's servers. The billing panel shows your plan, status, renewal date, and card on file. Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep what you paid for, and the subscription simply doesn't renew. Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume with one click. The trial requires no card. Pro's trial starts when the account does; billing begins only if you subscribe. Organization level. The subscription belongs to your organization, not to an individual; one bill covers the whole team. What happens at the limits Plans are enforced kindly: hitting a limit blocks adding more (a fourth active job on Free, a sixteenth seat on Pro), never your existing data. Nothing you have created is ever held hostage by a plan change: downgrade and every project, document, and record stays readable. Mobile The FabTrk mobile app is included with every plan: same account, same organization, same data. Subscription management lives on the web dashboard.
